They made this much easier than I expected. I thought it would be very messy. They took of that ugly popcorn off and made my ceilings flat. Cleaned up great as well.
They showed up on time both all 3 days. Our job took an extra day due to longer dry times than we thought. But our Basement install looks great!! It will be ready for the Big Game on Sunday!! Thanks Ken.
Hired Patch Boys to do the finishing work on basement walls with drywall already hung. Was quoted 3 full days with a possible 4th. On first day the tech, Red, was about 30 minutes late, then worked for 6 hours and didn't get at least a first coat of mud on all joints. He was late again on 2nd day and again worked about 6 hours, and again still didn't get mud on all joints. 3rd day was more than 2 hours late from the arranged start time and 2 guys showed up this time. After the 3rd day, there were still joints without mud. At this point, the 4th "as necessary" day was definitely necessary and said it was just going to be a day of sanding to smooth everything out. They only spent a few ours here on that day and said everything was good to go and "paint ready". Went and looked over the wall, found many areas still rough as heck, screws heads not covered, joints still not covered, 1 whole corner edge without a corner-bead and no mud. NO WHERE close to being paint ready after 4 days like they quoted. Made arrangements leaving work earlier and staying home for them to be here 4 more days. After 4 more days they STILL did NOT have the walls paint ready. At this point I had no faith they could actually finish the job that was supposed to be done weeks ago so I said to send me the bill for work up to this point. Then they sent an invoice that was $300 higher than the original quote was and after the GM, Ken, said he'd remove all material costs for the other issues which was a couple hundred bucks. Absolutely worst workmanship I've ever seen. Don't waste your time and money like I did with these people, they can't do good drywall work PERIOD! Would include pictures of their horrible workmanship if Angi accepted them.
Excellent job done, nice people to work with.
Knowledgeable and very experienced

They did a great job. Very professional and concerned about doing a good job. Willing to address any concerns that I might have and did an excellent job of explaining exactly how they were going to repair the drywall damage.
Very dependable and did a good job.
They ate very professional
