"This company had real solutions to solve standing water, cracks in basement floor, and long time water damage to foundation walls. Other companies only offered a short term bandaid but a 90 year old craftsman home needed Everdry's MULY-STEP program. Their sales rep, Jeremy, was professional, on time for appointment,wealth of knowledge, was not high pressure, and easy to reach for further concerns. The on site crew was on time each day, polite, respectful of my property, and everyone worked hard the entire shift. Each seemed to know his role. The water heater that they had quoted us they found out was out of stock and since our current water heater was not functioning they wanted to get us up and going as soon as possible so they arrive as schedule but with a upgraded water heater at no additional charge. "Great company. The installer was friendly and completed the job in one day. What I like that is the fact that if I choose to sell my condo and I stay within the spec of the contract, it will transfer if I choose to sell it. ( I would like to suggest that they get more samples, and give a better visual of the most recent jobs done. I thought my mine would have more of a brown tone,but I ended up with more gray because of the sample I chose. This is the only reason I read it is at a 4 1/2."

"The technician, joswag, that came out to fix a simple problem did so much for me. Since it was a simple fix and I had done everything but miss one little piece, I was just charged the travel fee. That was more than fair. But then I showed him an issue I had been having with my newly built home of 6 months. I thought I might have a leak somewhere. He looked at the wall, the bathroom upstairs where it was probably coming from and determined that I probably did have a leak. He showed me what company did the work. I called the company and set up an appointment for examination all based on his suggestion to do so. He even waited with me while I was on the phone to enzure that it was all done and set up correctly. Afterwards, I told him that he could charge me a fee for the help he provided. He didn't and said that he was proud to work for the company because they don't nickel and dime people which I can attest to first hand.
