Shaun did an amazing job on my ceiling repair. He arrived on time and cleaned up when he was done. Very polite and respectful of my home. He put down runners down to protect my carpet. I would definitely hire them again!

He was great, did a good job, was on time, cleaned up.

The day of service they stated they had to come back and caulk the day after. He said he would call to make sure I was home. Never received a call. A few weeks later i get a invoice to pay. I stated to the owner that I was not paying until the job was finished. Owner was apologetic but it was all done via email. They did come back and finish. I would say when a mistake like that is made that you would think good customer service would be a phone call not a email. he has never reached out to make sure I was happy or came or requested to look at the work to make sure it is done correctly. They could use some lessons in customer service
