"If you need a good plumber or HVAC tech I recommend Manny Alvarez of The #1 contractors. He works with his father and brother and they saved me a lot of money on my repair. Service Squad wanted $10,000 to replace my main water line, Plumb Shield wanted $6,995, and J5 wanted $4,600. Russel Plumbing said he would replace the line for $3,800 but he would charge me $150 for a written quote. Manny and his father came out and found the leak quickly using air pressure in the line, dug it up, repaired it, corrected the misaligned pipe and charged me $280! Thank you Manny and family!"

"Would absolutely recommend this company! Very quick to respond, very professional, knowledgeable and quality of work was great. Very happy with experience overall. We hired for dryer duct cleaning and gas fireplace cleaning and repair. They communicated well what to expect throughout the process and cleaned everything up before they left. My only comment would be I wish they would’ve worn shoe covers inside, but with that said they did a very good job cleaning up once the work was done. Would definitely hire again!"
