Vince and his team did a GREAT job! He took time and care to make sure that the job was done correctly, quickly and professionally. They show up on schedule each day and were very accommodating to my schedule. Vince's high attention to detail ensures that the job was completed well--we can be proud of the remodeling work and we've had many friends over to show it off! My wife and I are very pleased with the amazing transformation - we're looking forward to getting Vince to refinish more of our floors in the future.

Vince Wheeler is an extremely skilled craftsman and professional. From the moment he walked in my door it was evident that he was more interested in meeting my expectations than he was in just landing a job. My floor is an 84 year old, original hardwood floor in a picture frame pattern that was covered by carpet for years. There were some areas that showed the age of the floor and Vince was completely honest about what could be fixed and what couldn't be. Typically, I have high quality standards and expectations. Vince's quality expectations exceeded my own every step along the way. He was on-time and charged the exact quoted price. He even came back to fix a scratch that happened while we were moving furniture in. I will be recommending The Natural Choice Hardwood Flooring company to all of my friends in the Cincinnati area.

If I could give Vince more than 5*s I would. He has done an absolutely perfect job and will definitely get him back on future properties and projects when I need flooring finishing. Him and his guys went above and beyond in helping me over the 5 days they were there. If you had any reservations about hiring Vince, please don't!! He was very friendly; trustworthy; reliable and honest. You will struggle to find a better flooring professional in the area. The flooring looks fantastic and it has made my house complete!
