"Our house was a 1920s 4 bedroom 1 bathroom house for four people, and we desperately needed another bathroom. We knew we wanted to convert a small bedroom into an ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom. Ted Seiter came out to evaluate our home and provide us a quote. A few things to note. 1. Ted is extremely punctual and follows through on what he says he is going to do. 2. Ted ensures that he fully understands what you are looking for, and make sure his quotes are as accurate as possible. (Our quote was spot on.) 3 Ted communicates effectively. We never had to wonder what was going on or what was coming next. This is a highly valuable and a very rare trait in contractors (by far the best part of working with Ted). 4. Ted is flexible. We had several unexpected events that required him to realign his plans, and he handled it flawlessly. 5. He is highly considerate. He made sure to protect our floors and carpet as he worked. He made sure that he cleaned up the work space every day before leaving. Living in a renovation space is difficult, but Ted strove to make it as easy as possible. If you are looking for a quality contractor, I highly recommend Ted. We love the space, it is high quality work, and he is a great guy to work with."

"Highly recommend the team at Casita! We began consulting with them before we even bought our home. It was built in 1899 and we knew we needed reliable contractors if we had a hope of updating it. "Initially hired Tim's firm to replace deck flooring, rails and stairs. His crew did a good job and we were satisfied. Tim & Amy inspected the work and found some issues that he wasn't satisfied with. He fixed the issues to his satisfaction, which exceeded our expectations, and did so voluntarily at no extra cost. Se were so pleased with Tim's professionalism that we had him do more projects. One crew came to repair drywall and prep several areas for painting. Another crew did the painting of 2 bedrooms, laundry room, basement ceiling, front door and garage. We were having flooring installed by another company at the same time. They found water and termite damage near our front door, and couldn't complete the flooring until it was repaired. I called Tim in a panic and explained the problem. He and Amy came the same day and worked until 9:30 pm to repair the problem so the installers could complete their work on schedule. Tim & Amy also did repairs to a crawl space. Tim & his crews are professional, thorough and efficient. Tim follows up and inspects every project to assure that we are completely satisfied. We have more projects scheduled based on the excellent work done so far. If I could award more than 5 stars, I would."

"WOW! From my very first phone conversation with Jordan I knew this would be the company we would be hiring. OBS was our third estimate out of 3. Jordan explained in detail everything that needed to be done in waterproofing the basement at my parents home in Ohio. I had just returned home to Arizona, after moving my parents to a retirement home and selling their house, in contract. The buyers backed out after inspection revealed past water issues in the basement. Jordon was always quick to return my texts or calls. He never made me feel stupid. Eased all stress I had. Honestly felt that he and the company cared about us and were willing to work with us, allowing me to come back and do the prep work before they started. It was true customer satisfaction, not all about how much $ they could get out of us. Complete confidence and security with OBS and employees. My crew foreman Steven and his crew Alex McCoy and Eric Reese were so friendly from the moment they greeted me at the door. Very respectful and conscience of keeping carpets covered and containing dust in the are they were working on. They were mindful that their music wasn't too loud and that their language was appropriate. I felt very comfortable during the 3 days they were in and out. Was like having my son and his friends home! Steven was extraordinary in explaining things to his crew and also to me. Showing me the progress they made throughout the entire job.
