    Company does not return phone calls. They got my money and thats all they care about. Terrible experience . Blinds installed wrong. Arbitrary decisions without consent snd Never signed off on approval of what they did. Scam company. Installed the cheapest plantation shutters at my expense.

    Plantation shutters are expensive but Ronnie with The Louver Shop had the best price, with a good product and good service. Would recommend.

    All about customer service up until you give the 50% down. Then there was absolutely no communication, even after the promised time-frame of 6-8 weeks had passed. Nothing but a runaround when it comes to actually having your order fulfilled.
