They let their son move a very large safe I have. After me telling them numerous times that I had a dolly they could use, the son insisted he did not need a dolly and so the father let him move it. He ended up scratching my plank flooring and then proceeded to attempt to fix the scratches by filling them in with some compound. Still is not back to what it was before them doing the job. Also, the father had repaired a wall in my closet and the son went behind him and sanded the painted wall leaving streaks down my wall. They never came back to fix it. They are trying to get more money than what the insurance company paid them and they refused to cash the check and now are threatening to put a lien on my house. they are asking for a legal battle and there will be one. Do not hire!!!

You rated us with a Five star review before, but changed it when you knew you had a remaining balance. Your adjuster supplied the quote of coverage on Xactimate, himself. We are very sorry your pay out was not as much as you expected. That left you with a 45 day past due balance of $1,680.73. As stated in the Direct Pay Form, you are contracted to render payment to the business number via Zelle or we will unfortunately be forced to place a Lien on the property. Thank you.
