Abel came out and walked the job with me and together came up with a plan. Abel explained what he was going to do and had great ideas that he suggested for the work. One item that impressed me was suggesting putting in French drains whereby we were building an excessive amount water in a few areas because there were some slopes that forced water collection. The put border around sod in front and back that provided a design for both yards. They came in on time and Abel and his helpers did great work.
