Great communication and service

Working with The High Tech Home has being amazing! We are new to town so finding reliable providers was very important for our family; we found that with The High Tech Home team! We receive several proposals but theirs was the most complete. They really took the time to have a detail walk through the home and analyze the best way to install our network, audio and video camera systems. They are really experts on what they do and can explain every detail to give you peace of mind, very fast in contacting and setting next steps. Great communication, service & customer care. I recently moved into a new house that needed some cat6 network cabling run through a 3 story house that had zero attic/crawl space. I met with Tim and Connor, who came out, and inspected the place and came up with a plan that would allow me to run the cables on the inside of the house through the walls of the 3 floors. High Tech Home was also the only company to even attempt to run the wires on the inside. All the other guys wanted to run cabling on the outside of the house. Once Tim brought in a ladder and a few simple tools to determine some framing questions, I knew these guys knew their stuff. Based on all of the quotes I got, theirs was not only reasonable but they listened to what I wanted (inside wiring) and they made it work! On install day Tim and Turner came out and knocked out the work in 4 hours, running multiple cat 6 cables to the required rooms to allow multiple networks (e.g. video streaming on it's own network). These will be my guys for any future smart-wiring jobs at my new house!
