I started a structured wiring project a while back, and needed someone to come in and clean up the mess I made and install a rack mounted switch and organize all the wiring. Tim did an excellent job finishing the project. When he was finished I thought there was an issue with the wiring so he came back immediately the next morning to check it out, but turns out to be an issue with the power to the rack, and the wiring of two jacks which he was not responsible, but yet fixed for me. Great service.
