Amazing work! My bathroom and shower look brand new. Extremely happy with how it all looks.

We had a terrific experience with Grout Medic of Decatur. I was able to contact them on a Sunday and they immediately called me back and scheduled someone to come out the next day to look at the issues we had with grout in our shower. After better understanding what needed to be done and hearing how knowledgeable they were about not just the tile in the shower but the issue we had with a previous contractor’s work on the curb of the shower, we extended our project to also have them redo the curb. It had been an eyesore for a while with the poor build. A very professional crew was sent to remove the glass doors who specialize in that process so I feel confident with them being put on correctly, which was another issue with the previous contractor. They hadn’t sealed the screws so rust stains occurred on the marble. The glass professionals knew exactly how to handle it when it gets reinstalled. The next day the curb was rebuilt. It’s looks so much more well done. Two days later another crew came to complete all the grout work and finished very quickly. The entire process was made incredibly easy, well communicated and looks like true professionals. Fisayo managed the process very well from start to finish.

Arrived as scheduled, made adjustments as needed and cleaned up everything. All at a reasonable cost.

Fasayo, the manager, was extremely responsive and quickly arranged for an on site survey to create an estimate. My shower was in need of regrouting, particularly around the tub basin. Fasayo proposed a very fair repair estimate along with a detailed explanation and timeline. I conveniently scheduled the repair (within the week) and the team showed up on time and completed the job. High quality, fair price, and followup as needed. Highly recommend!
