Receptionist was rude and quite honestly awful. Never experienced worse customer service in my life (hung up on me and had an attitude from the start). Sucks cause the roofing might be great, but the experience was awful.

Great company. They know what they are doing and are easy to work with. As a property manager for retail centers, it is great to know a roofing company I can trust, who will actually fix a problem rather than putting a temporary bandaid on it.

Texas Cool Roofing was very professional and on point with their follow through, and our new roof installation went without a hitch. The clean up was precise with zero tear off materials left behind. Nancy, Denny and the team was detailed oriented and kept us updated on a day to day including the replacement of our screens. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a skilled roofing company !!!

Super impressed by Texas cool roofing and Denny. Came out after hail and evaluated our roof. No hail damage, but they did find a new construction related defect. They could have said I needed a new roof, but instead recommended an appropriate fix (no issues two years on). I was really impressed by the transpancy and honestly.

TCR has done great work through the whole roof replacement process. Denny and Nancy were very prompt and helpful with insurance discussions and supplements, scheduling, and progress updates. I'd happily use Texas Cool Roofing again in the future!

I dealt with Cody. He was very responsive and communicative. That is much appreciated these days. Most companies in the Austin area are bad at communication. The job for missing shingles was done quickly and at a reasonable price. Not cheap, but reasonable. When it comes time to get a whole new roof, i will remember this company.

Cody Bartlett came the next day after calling him regarding the missing shingles on my roof. He went onto the roof and did an inspection. Let me know that he could replace the missing shingles but that he also needed to seal some areas of the roof. He came over a few days later, replaced the shingles, sealed the areas. He had taken pictures so I could see before what needed to be done and after what he had done. It was great to be able to see both sets of pictures. He was great, polite and very professional. I would hire him again.
