My 10 year old Apple computer would not get past the loading page. I picked Terry because I saw a good recommendation from a person that I knew. Terry first advised me to call Apple even though he â hated to pass up businessâ . Apple was unable to help and was very discouraging because they told me my computer was not backed up on iTunes. Terry took the job on and everything works fine and we got our data back. He replaced our broken computer with a refurbished apple at a very good price. He also helped me with a cell phone problem while he was here. Terry is very skillful, but also very pleasant and he tries hard to please his customers.

old school work values: next day service, early arrival for agreed appointment at my timming. Cheerful, go right to it and "geterdone' attitude. Beyond expectations and expert knowledge. A sure thing and pricing was better than other local or "out of town" techs.

Terry is very good at what he does with computers. He is very knowledgeable and always amazes me. When he tells you he will be at your house or whatever he is going to have to do to a computer he dies just that. He is reasonable price wise.
