Our experience with Terrehaven Solutions will sound like a broken record compared to everything else I have read about them. John and his two associates were the utmost professional, timely, and respectful of our home, property, and our goal of getting the deck built before the winter hit. They came exactly when they said they would, and they FINISHED exactly when they said they would. Today, one week before Christmas our grille and patio furniture sit in beautifully in the snow, waiting to grill some steaks on Christmas Eve. Thanks John, Trevor, and John Mark. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Elburn and surrounding areas.

John and his team built our new deck and the experience was exceptional! Amazing work, competitive prices, and always available to answer any question we had, or accommodate any tweak we had during the construction. process. John gave us a quote in the spring, but lumber soon became hard to come by during the pandemic. We had gotten other quotes from other builders, but they flaked out on us as time went on. John updated us regularly on the lumber situation, until enough was available at a decent price (nearly a year). We get compliments on our deck from our neighbors on a weekly basis, and we would hired John's team again for a future project.

The quote claims; Perfection is not attainable. Do not tell Terrehaven Solutions - for perfection is what they provide! Overly pleased with the team from the initial meeting to the final deck and pergola completion. An exceptional team!

Project: Composite Deck with Composite pergola (Sunshade) John was exceptional! Every detail was accounted for, everything that was to be done was done to the smallest detail, with precision and care. Questions and/or items for discussion as the project prevailed were addressed immediately, and each day the work space was clean & tidy, and after the project his team made certain to clean the entire deck top to bottom. We couldn't be happier! He & his team are worth every penny!

He is very thorough and detail oriented. He always cleans up when he does projects at our house. He rebuilt our Deck, remodeled our back porch, remodeled 2 bathrooms and is currently finishing up our kitchen. I highly recommend him to others. My neighbor wanted a deck, and he actually redid the patio for a lot less, and the neighbor is happy with the work.
