"Knowing nothing about dryer vent cleaning, I researched it online so I knew what to expect and what it would cost. Of the three businesses homeadvisor.com listed, Rob called me right away, explained what he would do and quoted a price at the low end of what I expected to pay, so we scheduled a time without waiting for another call. He gave a two-hour window of when he would come and called when he was on his way. He cheerfully answered my questions, cleaned the vent, and cleaned up before he left.
