I had an issue where some high wind blew out my screened in patio in a couple places. The frames where screwed into the brick. The screws that did not shear off tore out the brick. It was a pretty small job and I did not know if I could get anyone to wanna work on such a small job. I used Home Advisor and Hilario was the first one to respond. He came out when he said he was and then looked at the job and said he could fix it. He came out the next day and had everything fixed in couple hours, he cleaned everything and and the price was very reasonable.

Hilario Velazquez and his Terrascapes crew did a great job adding onto my concrete patio. It was obvious that my satisfaction was a priority. He gave me what I asked for and then some. I needed a company that did concrete work and woodwork. Terrascapes apparently started out landscaping, which was not in my original plan. But, they ended up planting three trees and a crepe myrtle when we asked! They were very accommodating and exhibited great a work ethic. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Terrascapes delivers! My custom designed patio is beautiful and Hilario Velasquez is very easy to work with. He made suggestions for adding lighting and I'm so glad I did - it's a wonderful oasis to enjoy at night!

Hilario and his crew replaced a deteriorating railroad tie, two-level retaining wall, which stretches the entire length of our back yard. They worked diligently, were respectful of our property, and were very professional, and easy to work with. It was a huge and complicated job, but they did a beautiful job, getting it finished within two months time, at a very reasonable Price. We are more than pleased with the quality of their work, and will be hiring them again.

Time not wasted

Replaced two 40 foot railroad tie retaining walls with cinder block and concrete ones. Terra Scapes used lots of reinforcing bar and faced it all with stucco. Because of weather delays, even worked on Saturdays. Should last forever. Overall, great job.
