"Had competing quotes for both some bathroom work (moving light fixture electrical, moving and adding an outlet, redoing a shiplap wall) as well as an entire front and backyard make over. He didn't ask for all of it up front which a lot of so call contractors wanted. We are so satisfied with his honesty and work we are hiring for future projects. "Outstanding performance in meeting my needs to replace an existing wooden deck. This included demolition, constructing new framing and placing the wood deck boards, and sitting benches. The new deck was over 640 sq. ft. Tyler and Eric are very skilled. Their attention to detail is very satisfactory. Both guys are easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and stayed on schedule. I recommend SPS and Contracting for any deck renovation."

"Gonzalez Framing and Remodeling went above and beyond our expectations. Our porch project was completed last week (12/16/23). It was a very large project for a porch, it included a covered and screened in 17’x60’ porch. Also a covered 8’x30’ back porch. They were tied together by an elevated 4’ walk way with two sets of steps and two handicap ramps. Only the best material was used for this project. We highly recommended this contractor. Nothing but quality work from this contractor. They will definitely be called for our next project. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I hired Cody for the first time to install a deck. His team did a fantastic job, and even went out of their way to address problems of the previous contractor.
