I have done a few projects with this company now over the last few months. His prices are excellent. The downsides are: 1) If he does not measure correctly the item being installed and as a result cannot complete the project, he expects to get paid for his time for "best" effort. 2) Sometimes the quality of work is excellent and other times it is less than desired. You will not get the same quality of work as you would if you hired someone for 40% more money. 3) Sometimes he is not readily available so if you have a project that needs immediate attention, he may not be available. With all of the above, for the price he charges and the money I have saved working with him in the past, it all evens out.

He did great work. I did not like that he did not finish when he said he was going to be finish, and they started my job then stopped to go work on another project elsewhere to return a few days later to complete my job. With that said for the excellent price he gave to me it was worth it.
