Reviews
Write a ReviewGave me a great quote and also did an awesome job. Recommended them to a realtor friend of mine for his next investment/rental.
Exceptional A/C company. Professional, knowledgeable & attention to detail were hallmarks of installing a new A/C that I experienced. Highly recommend!! Also... very fair pricing.

Very thorough.
They were very polite, easy to deal with, good price, respectful of property
Very responsive, polite staff.
I'm disappointed to be writing this because I had good experiences with Team Enoch on smaller jobs, but the way that I've been treated on a larger job (HVAC install) made me realize that this company isn't so different than other HVAC companies who rely on predatory methods to try to extract as much profit as they can. I had a 2.5 ton unit replaced recently due to a leak on the condenser coils. So I agreed to replace the unit (left the furnace and evaporator coil since they were only 5 years old). Once they replaced the condenser unit, within 2 days, the system was no longer cooling. They send someone else out and now there is a leak in the evaporator coil that was not there 2 days ago. They conveniently gave me a quote for another $2,000 to replace the evaporator coil. The odds of an evaporator coil springing a major leak 2 days after the install is extraordinarily small. I am not claiming that they purposefully did anything to the evaporator coil, but the timing is very suspicious. Please be careful.
Chris, we've been communicating on this for the past 8 months or so. As a recap we installed a new evaporator coil for you (for free) and we also reimbursed you for most of the condenser replacement. However, you've let us know that the upstairs is still not properly cooling. We've also offered to pay for a 2nd opinion because when we test the system it appears that it's operating properly. Nevertheless, we remain committed to resolving your issue which is why you've taken down the negative content you posted on our google accounts (thank you). I don't believe HomeAdvisor allows you to remove any negative review. Please reach out to me if Stephen is unable to meet your needs.

Team Enoch installed two brand new HVAC systems in our home at the end of June 2023. The price was good and significantly better than most of the competition. Customer service was patient, thorough, and responsive before install. The crew for the install was professional. We had some problems with noise from one of the units right after the install. They sent someone out the next day. Over the next 2 months we had three service calls from Team Enoch and two from a different company to try to identify what was causing the noise. With some patience and multiple phone calls, Team Enoch replaced a part that seemed to be causing the issue. They worked to find a solution. Would recommend.
Installation team was knowledgeable and professional. Attention to details from job start to cleanup was excellent.
