Steve and (sorry name escapes me) were excellent! Steve called within 5! Minutes of my request. He was able to showup 30 minutes on the same day and the job was done in an hour or even less! Cost was the going rate and Target even took care of a couple other closures for me at no charge! We needed job done asap as we are selling our home. HIRE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE FANTASTIC!

Some minor issues with my expectations based on technician's suggested results and actual delivered results. Biggest issue dealt with original quoted price and subsequent increased price (several hundred dollars). Bottom line . . . Radon mitigation was achieved well below the acceptable level.

Steve from Target Radon was a pleasure to work with. He rearranged his schedule to come out and install our system the next day since our # was so high (92!) and our house is under contract. The # was reduced to .4 within 3 days! What a relief to have this issue so promptly and professionally taken care of during this stressful move. I have recommended him to all my neighbors and will use them at the new house as well.

Steve was great to work with and explained what was going to be done and showed up on time every time. I had a very tight timeline to get completed for real estate sale and he came right out and did the job. Definitely would use them again if I need another Radon system installed prior to closing. took my 11.0 to 0.4. Thanks Steve.
