I like the fact that the 2 owners service the pools themselves, preventing the ...rotating pool guy of the month that I seemed to have with the previous company. They also email a report of the pool chemistry and what they've done with a photo of the pool, which is really helpful for me as I travel a lot and am often away. They respond quickly when I contact them about questions, concerns. I've only had them for a few months but so far I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Javier and team were amazingly responsive, knowledgeable, and affordable. I went way too long with a different pool guy and settled for a level of unprofessional ism that apparently I did not need to. Not anymore. Top marks!

Tampa VIP Pool Service has done a fantastic job with our pool. They take a photo and send it to me after they do the work and also let me know when it is safe to swim. I pay electronically, so it makes transactions very smooth. With Tampa VIP Pool service, I feel like a VIP!

Jose is extremely professional and thorough. He offers a review of all services performed every time. He calls periodically to ensure quality is being delivered. By far, this is the best pool company I ve ever used.

I was looking for a new company to hire because I was very frustrated with my previous one. After checking my camera and noticing repeatedly that they were skipping days, and most of the time staying just long enough to drop a business card but not long enough to do the actual work, I decided to give VIP Pool Service a try. So far I have nothing but good things to say about the,. The work finally gets done, my pool water is sparkling clean and I dont have to wonder if the service was performed or not, it is obvious for all to see. I enjoy getting an email with the summary of what was done, the ph level, etc. The guys are super professional and pleasant to talk to, they also were available to help me with additional projects. Finally I am getting what I paid for + excellent customer service.

So far, so good. They cleaned a filter I did not know was on my pool pump and obviously, neither did my former pool service.

Jose and Javier were responsive the same day, worked quickly and efficiently and were very professional.
