So..... When 3 high end contractors tell you your dream can't be done give Design Demolition Build a call. They had a full rebuild sketch, estimate and plan to turn those stairs 90 degrees with a tricky roof line. The picture say it all. Us and our entire family absolutely love the way our new laundry room, stairs, floor and custom pantry turned out. Thanks guys.

We cannot recommend Tolleson Construction enough. After our home was flooded by hurricane storm surge, Morgan handled a full remodel and absolutely knocked it out of the park. He was on site every day, stayed on top of every detail, and solved issues quickly and cost-effectively. We made changes during the project, and Morgan accommodated them without the crazy upcharges that seem to be standard in this industry. Galea, who handled the painting and prep work, is an artist and a perfectionist—her eye for design and help selecting paint colors and finishes made a huge difference in the final result. The project was completed on time, on budget, and the quality of work was excellent. The finishes are beautiful. On top of that, Morgan worked directly with our insurance adjuster and helped us secure a higher settlement by catching items that the adjuster missed. Morgan is honest, hands-on, and delivers exactly what he promises. We would hire this team again in a heartbeat!
