From talking with Stephanie estimating the job to the crew working non stop cutting down the 3 trees and grinding the stumps along with the clean up afterwards. What a great job. I ll be hiring T&L again for my next tree removal jobs.

The only constructive feedback I have is that I was not provided a written quote for the work. Our discussion of scope and cost was done verbally, but the price was almost identical to the other quotes received, and we started the project on a handshake. As for the positive, the team at T&L arrived within 10 mins of their estimated arrival time, and did not stop moving the entire time they were on site. They made recommendations on future work, which we opted to have completed while they were on site, and never tried to make a hard sell. They were respectful of the neighbors property, being careful about where branches and logs were dropped, and using physical barriers to shield flying debris when stump grinding. Possibly the #1 selling point was that when asked for insurance, they didn't hesitate to provide full details of the policy as well as provide me with a copy, in my name, for the duration of the work. I will use T&L again for future projects and would certainly recommend them to my friends and family.

I would use them again. The only reason I didn t give them 5 stars was because they leave after stump grinding and return about 45 minutes later with clean up equipment. Not sure why they don t have the blowers on the truck already the street, sidewalk and neighbors driveway were covered in wood chips until they returned. Once cleaned up, I was very pleased with the their work.

Our blower would not start, so we had to drive back to our shop to pick up another blower. Things like this happen with Equipment. Good thing we were close by our shop location and returned immediately to blow off the chips.
