"Bill was recommended by another tree service company that couldn't do the work on such short notice. A storm brought down a huge limb from a willow tree next to my son's mobile home. It had fallen across the roof and was hanging off the other side. I had called Bill and he was very prompt in returning my call. We sent pictures of the damage and he gave us a fairly close ballpark estimate over the phone, which we agreed to. Upon arrival, at the time stated, which was around 6pm, he said that it involved a bit more work than he thought. They had to tie off the sections they were cutting so nothing would go through the windows on either side of the mobile home. The limb, which was very large, was still connected to the tree about 20' off the ground. He had everything down and cut up in a little over an hour with no damage to the home. Bill and his assistant were very professional and I am 100% pleased with the work. He also showed me where much of the upper portion of the tree is dead and may be a potential hazard to my son's as well as his neighbor's mobile home. I am going to suggest to the park management to hire him for yearly tree maintenance so incidents likes ours don't occur again."
