They did a great job explaining how it all worked and did not push me to buy all he extras that wer unnecessary. The entire process took longer than I expected but they did a great job and returned to complete their part of the process in a timely manner, as promised, after the propane was installed.

everything went well except: They promoted their services as "one stop" to handle propane link. They did NOT manage the propane vendor, left decisions we had already agreed to the discretion of propane vendor and did not act as a contractor. It would have been easier for us to manage the overall project which we paid Lyden to do

It is a requirement of the fuel vendors to have signed permissions in order for the fuel vendor to service the tanks. We do our very best to facilitate the entire installation but because the end user is the property owner and our company works closely with the vendor we must get the required papers signed allowing fuel storage and servicing of the propane tanks. All scheduling, site preparation work and sizing is done as part of our service. We do not promote as a "one Stop" as mentioned. We do facilitate the fuel installation because we are not in the fuel business. Our contracts are signed by all clients saying this.

They changed my rusty old electrical panel to a modern and SAFE new 200 amp - on time and in budget. The electricians were courteous and helpful and did a great job of cleaning up the job site. I would not hesitate to hiring them again!!

T.K. Lyden Electric installed a natural gas fired emergency generator last year and did an overall good job. Some items were on back order which delayed the overall completion of the work, but they stayed on top of it and accommodated our schedule.

Worst experience ever. I wish I can give them 0. Ordered service in sept and was told the work will be done in Nov. It's Jan now and the work is still not finished. No show on appointments. No calls, no emails, no apologize. When I called I was told that they can't come because it's raining.

T. K. Lyden Electric is licensed by the State of MA and is fully insured. We are a family run business for over 40 years. Our customers trust that we will follow all state and local codes to ensure the safety of our clients persons and property. Following these rules has helped us to become the successful business we are today. At no time will we bend of make exception to this practice. For some reason this client did not wish to cooperate with these practices and it delayed a very easy installation. We offed a 6 Month Interest free plan and it was accepted. Still posted bad review and wishes to pay $0.

T.K. Lyden Electric installed a natural gas fired emergency generator and deserve a 5 star rating. They kept us informed of the schedule and followed through as promised.. The work was well coordinated with their plumbing subcontractor and local inspectional services. All aspects of their service were top notch. We will look to them for regular service of the generator. I would praise them more but the number of characters for this review is limited.
