Initial contact told me generator could be installed in one week. Sent deposit with contract beginning of December. Check was cashed did not hear anything. Called got a machine. Got a call back saying they cash check then order parts then make appt. once parts arrive. I can go to an electrical supply company and buy everything needed in half an hour. No telling when this will get installed

Contractor responded on the same day contacted and gave an estimate for the work. Work was completed in a timely and very professional manner at a cost under the estimate provided. In addition to replacing the service panel they found and corrected some existing wiring issues. Great, family owned and run company that I would highly recommend to others!

They did not fix it and made a n extra trip that was not needed

Well, not exactly. Tech explained that a new generator was the best fix due to the age of the existing unit. But the customer wished to do a repair. After the first diagnosis visit we ordered parts and returned to make the repair. Once running the unit as old as it is and was never maintained will not carry the load on it. Again we offered to waive the repair invoice if they purchased a new unit from us. Most people would call that more then fair. Our other reviews speak to our service and reputation. We have been calling to resolve the review but are hung up on every time. We are willing to find a solution if they wish to communicate. 978-375-7731

They did an excellent job. Family owned business. Excellent customer service, and they even cleaned up after the job was done. They're coming back in two weeks to do some more work. Great company!!
