work was ok to good but seemed more in a rush to get to next job. Left me with work to do to finish job. Bill came in 50% over estimate (I asked for upgrades). A higher bill was expected and I paid without fighting but no itemization was available.

A pipe sprung a leak inside the wall and water was leaking into my bedroom and closet. I called referrals to fix the drywall made by the plumber, the carpet cleaning guy, friends, etc., and no one would return my call. Finally I thought about Home Advisor. I went online and described what I needed fixed. I was contacted by several professionals the same day but didn't feel they were a good fit. Then Tony called. We set a time for him to come over the next day. He showed up on time, took one look at the walls and knew exactly what needed to be done. What really sold me on hiring him was when he said he could fix the drywall the same day. I have been trying for 2 weeks to find someone to come over and fix the drywall and he was offering to fix it then and there. In 2.5 hours he repaired the walls and you would never know they were patched. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable and did neat work, no trace of any debris left on the floors. The job was done to my satisfaction and I would recommend Tony to anybody who needs a handyman. I will hire him again for any projects I have.
