I already posted a glowing review. I wanted to include before and after pictures. They did a the work from demo to finish.

Terrence and crew were absolutely fantastic. Terrence was certainly communicative, punctual, and definitely on budget. He made some wonderful suggestions and came up with creative solutions for any problems that arose. The original estimate was very close to what the final cost was (of course there are always some additional costs to the final bill) as any additional costs were discussed and approved first. We had a full bathroom remodel done. He tore down to the studs and rebuilt. The finished product is truly amazing. I can?t recommend T &J construction enough, and I won?t hesitate to call Terrence in the future when we need more work done. I will add photos later

The motto on their shirt says it all ?Perfect is OK?. Far and away THE most professional contractor we have ever had. Responsive, on time, on budget, polite and courteous. They work clean and stay until the job is done correctly. The pool deck is beautiful - can not wait to use it next season. We also had him replace four 14 foot columns on the front porch - they look better than the originals and are much better built. He is returning in the spring to replace the railing on our existing 2nd floor deck to match the pool railing. He is now our go to for all jobs he is able to handle for us. Very competent and professional. Their work is neat and quality. They keep you informed every step during the process. They took great care in protecting the areas around the work area. They left the job clean and tidy.

Job was done neatly, on time and budget. The team was courteous and respectful of our property. T & J construction was hired to complete two jobs one, was a complete demo and install of 400 sq of tile. The second was demo of a back splash, tile install removed a microwave and cabinet installed new tile, new cabinets a microwave drawer and new vent hood. I would highly recommend T & J construction.

Having a special needs son I was nervous on how we could have major work done in our home with nurses and aides in our home daily. Terrance and his crew were beyond accommodating for my son. Continuing to move their tools and materials for my son and nurses. They were enjoyable to have in our home. The workmanship was beyond superior and I being in the construction business for 40 years had not one single item on a punch list reviewing the final work. Terrance and his crew were conscientious and neat and clean with their workmanship. We will miss them and look forward to using them on our next home project.They made a commitment on their timing for the project and their workmanship and they far exceeded our expectations.

I can not say enough positive comments about the work that was done. The crew was very polite, careful, cleaned up every day. and were meticulous about their work. The end product shows . I am very impressed with the quality of the work they do. I will use them again. I would recommend the company to anyone. 5 STARS.

Excellent!!! Friendly. Gave great advice. Fulfilled all our requests. His work was very professional and we were definitely pleased with outcome. Definitely a â people â person. He remodeled our kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway, bathroom and part of garage. This included taking walls down, replacing entire ceilings, all flooring, painting walls, ceiling, refinishing steps, installing appliances and shower, tub, sinks, etc. so much work and everything was what we wanted.
