The inspector explained everything needed to know about mold and the mycotoxins that are present in the house. Lab results were fast and explained a lot in detail. A lot for price but it was necessary.

This company is amazing. Response time was the next day. Mark answered all my questions and knew immediately there was an issue because of the water damage to the hardwood floors. He discovered mold growing under the bedroom carpet. Unfortunately I have to move after three days being in the condo. Oh well, better safe then sorry.

Professional and knowledgeable. Charged what he quoted and got results back in less than a week. The report is not good for us. Glad we got Mark and T.C.B. We will have to move.

I highly recommend TCB EnviorCorp for anyone who has any type of mold concerns in their home. We were actually unaware of the mold in our home but had some inexplicable illnesses in our family, and someone suggested we have an inspection. We found TCB EnviroCorp to be responsive, prompt, thorough in their inspection. Mark and his team of professionals are very knowledgeable and made the best recommendations for our family.

He called me in a timely manner. He was professional and provided answers to all my questions.

We hired this company because we saw black **stuff** around our vents. The first thing we thought it might be was mold. They came out, did air and surface samples, and a couple days later He sent us a report stating our environment was not safe and we needed to install a whole-house air purifier and another expensive item. Another company was called in and looked at the first guys lab report and told us the black **stuff** was dirt. He even put it in his finger and smelled it knowing it wasnt black mold. He went on to say we had very low levels of any bad toxin in our air ir on any surface. Without mentioning the name of the second company, they told us they run into this company all the time telling their customers they need expensive repairs and they in fact do not. Many complaints and feelings of being **ripped off** by his customers. We also rent this house, which I told him prior to him coming out,so we found out he was not supposed to come to the home to test without the homeowners permission which he did not do. The second mold company that the landlord sent, is independent of the rental company and he told me if he was dishonest he could have told the homeowner that this work needed to be done and he could have made thousands of dollars but he was honest. I feel taken advantage of and theses types of companies make money doing work that is unnecessary so I would advise anyone reading this to stay away.
