Readily offered a more reasonable solution. Performed exactly as advertised. Did not appear to use subs. Gave a guarantee, even though none was expected. Very professional in appearance and information, including personal uniforms and business forms.

They were extreamly professional and showed up on time. I was given adice and not charged for advice on how to make my system run more efficiently with minor maintenence that I could do myself. This minor amintenace could have cost me as much as $160.00 had I chosen to have them or someone else do it for me. I took his advice and IT WORKWORKED ! My Central air is working better than it has in the past two years, a hugh savings on my part. Additonaly I was only charged for the amount of refrigerant that it tooo to charge my system (2 lb). Other companies would have charged me for 3 lb. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SYNERGY AIR to everyone!!!

Synergy Air was excellent. They responded with an estimate on a replacement the day that I called, within hours of my call. Kevin gave a fair assessment of the system and provided very reasonable pricing for a new air handler unit, drain pan, and programmable digital thermostat. Installation was 3 days later. The install team was very attentive to their work, clean, and did not leave until the system was functioning 100% correctly. Synergy will be my HVAC company of choice going forward.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Synergy. The technician was friendly and professional, and got my a/c unit up and running by end of visit. Also ordered annual maintenance for both up and downstairs units.
