They quoted me a price on the phone, but when came by they charged us more. Also, after they left, I noticed that one of the outside pipes was broken.

Response from Company:

This customer scheduled the fall winterization of his sprinkler system for Monday, November 10th. We called the customer on Saturday, November 8th because of the large snow storm forcasted for Monday, to see if we could come out on Sunday, the 9th to perform this service. The customer contacted the tech on Sunday afternoon to have him come out and perform the service. Our normal charge is $65. We charge an extra $10 due to the service being done in November. The broken pipe was damaged before this service was performed due to freezing temperatures.
