Was over charged due to a billing error. I was offered a credit on my account or a refund of the overbilling. Since this is my first experience with this company, I chose to have my money refunded since I do not plan to wait one year and I may not use this company next season if I do not see my my refund appearing soon in my mail box.

The installation process was awesome. They made it very easy on me which is what I wanted. The system works as advertised. I really appreciate the extra time they took to set up my zones so the watering was efficient. The time ithey took to renozzle the sprinkler heads will make my system as water efficient as possible

One of my favorite things was the rain sensor installed in the ground to monitor saturation levels. The Toro product itself has proven reliable. Company is knowledgeable of a variety of systems. Jon, the owner, was responsive and professional. Tthe company included a permit and certified plumber in their quote which most other companies do not. Jon also has additional certifications which I believe set him apart. Cons: Zones are subject to change upon installation. Plumber didn't pull permit in time, but company was very responsive to any & all issues. Maintenance costs are slightly above competitors.
