He took his time and was thorough. I should have asked about power washing my deck floor. He would have brought product to help lift the old paint as I am repainting it this year. He still tried to remove as much as he could which I appreciated. I called on Sunday morning and he came Monday morning. Awesome! The neighbors will have to wear sunglasses when they look at my house now. Money well spent. Very satisfied.

I was surprised that I didn't get a discount for finding the vendor through HomeAdvisor. I don't give any vendor a 5 so a 4 is top-notch for me:) This was great, prompt service it took him half the time he quoted.

The detergent used was very hard to remove from window glass. Hard to clean windows after the application.

Chad responded quickly and had the job done in a matter of days. We needed our siding washed and the result was great. We had a couple of areas that looked bad once the house dried and he came right back over and fixed them the next day

Chad was able to quickly give me an estimate, and then once we were ready to hire him he was able to get us worked into his schedule very quickly. He did a great job, and the house looks as good as it has the whole time we've owned it. If I needed to have this task performed again, I'd definitely give him another call!
