"The team was pleasant to talk to and schedule with over the phone. They arrived and got right to work. I just moved into a condo and did not know where my dryer vented to. Their team located the vent quickly and even brought me outside to show me how the condo association had placed covers over our vents without first cleaning the vents. They pulled bird nests out of my vent which is a huge fire hazard for the entire building and I was able to notify the association the same day with pictures provided by Lint Patrol."
