Polite, somewhat reserved, got right to work and cleaned up and left in a business-like manner. He had to travel an hour each way to do the job but he never hesitated. I expect he added travel time to the cost, but that made sense to me. He explained which cleaners he used and it made sense. He did the windows in the same way he did the rest of the house (spray, re-spray, rinse) and the crystal clarity of the windows convinced me his work was thorough.
