Great experience - from the inital review and quote to the completion of the job! Our concrete patio has been raised back up to the original level, and looks great. Much better option than replacing the entire patio!

We ended up hiring Summit because he seemed very thorough in his initial look at the porch and telling us what needed done. However less than one week out, we had cracking again. When I contacted Summit, they said they had warned my husband of this and that he said he would fill it with caulking. I haven't verified this with my husband, but it seems you would want to steer customers away from something that isn't going to last.
Response from Company:
We were hired to raise a sidewalk and the customer asked if we could fill in the area between the sidewalk and the step onto the porch with a concrete cement patch. I informed the customer that would not be a problem to do the repair but after the slightest movement a crack would appear and it should be caulked. He said he understood and he would handle the caulking once it did crack at the control joint. It seems there has been a lack of communication. We will reach out to you directly to clarify. Thanks
