    The work the guys did was good but the owner was not professional. I had to ask for a bill, and constantly sent a text to get my lawn moved. My grass would be so high that when they finally came to mow they left clumps of grass that my husband and I had to rake up. I let him go and hired another.

    Contractor did not finish the job, had already been paid and kept making excuses why he couldn't finish. Offered to send a partial refund and never did.

    Expeditious service and eager to please the most discerning of client even though I have cavier taste with a schlitz budget. I asked a lot of him. Answers all questions thoroughly and without a sense of trying to get a sale. I'm a guy. I like features. There are features I don't need that would increase his sale but instead straight up told me my decision was mine but if it were he it wouldn't be added. Isn't it nice when a company calls as soon as they get a request and never use high pressure techniques or add things that don't need added? I thought so hence my high recommendation.

    Excellent communication regarding what was needed for my sod job to be successful. Great value for amount of work done. Workers were very polite and thorough (except they left the sod pallets on the job site).

    I was promised a power wash of the white railings front and back of the house. It is listed on the contract, mentioned that it was owed on the cash receipt. Have never been able to reach them to fulfill the balance of the work agreed upon. Plus, the method of removing my bushes was to have been thus: cut off bush at ground level, dig deeper around stump, finally cut away more stump below ground level. Below level work was not done. I was unavoidably away from the house when the bulk of the work was done, so wasn't there to watch when half-jobs were done. The other bushes that were trimmed must have been done with dull cutters, as edges are frayed looking, with some branches still hanging down with rough half-cuts. Seemed like once Erik got the cash in hand, we were of no consequence to him. Have tried numerous times to reach him by leaving phone messages, emails, nothing is responded to. I would never have him do anymore work for me. Complete lack of professionalism.
