    The Summerill brothers and crew re-topped my driveway and installed a patio at my home in west Norriton. They were ultimate professionals with expertise in all phases of my project. In fact, I used them for another patio project on my new home. They are highly recommended by me based on results including fair prices.

    Jim Summerill is the best contractor we have ever worked with! His work, professionalism and communication is superior. We used his company to demolish our old deck, walkways and concrete retaining wall and design/construct a new patio area with pavers. Jim provided detailed information every step of the way, answering all of our questions, addressing any concerns, and providing helpful suggestions on the products and overall patio design. He also completed our driveway excavation and installation. Every step of the way, we were blown away by his team's professionalism. They arrived at our house promptly at 7:30 AM every day and dedicated their time and attention to our project to ensure it was completed quickly and without interruption. Jim responded to calls and emails immediately and was simply a delightful person to work with. We could not be happier with the their work and our new patio/driveway. I highly recommend Jim and his team!

    Jim was reliable, responded promptly to phone and e- mails. They were always here when they said they would be. Came up with a creative solution to our problem. Their workmanship was spot on, work ethic was commendable. Everyone was professional but friendly. We highly recommend Summeril.

    Jim Summerill and team did an excellent job and I highly recommend their services! From the initial estimate, to the permitting, and every time out at our site, Jim was very hands-on and involved every time. He answered my dozens of questions along the way, always was responsive via text and email, and we ended up with a great product. They also nicely regraded and grass seeded the area around the concrete pad so when spring comes it will look perfect and my work will be minimal. Cleaned up nicely too. Our job specifically was a 12' x 24' foundation with deeper footers at the perimeter, for a large shed that I will be building in the near future. I'm already looking forward to my next concrete project, and keeping Summerill Paving & Concrete firmly in mind!

    Jim and his team are great, very professional, they kept in touch while waiting for permit. Set expectations and kept them! Estimate was accurate and quick. The work is fantastic and will ask them to come back and do more for us! Highly recommend!!!
