We were very impressed and pleased with Suly's Cleaning Service. We are also pleased to be in support of a family business such as Suly's. Tania is a great worker and went beyond the expected. She overbooked herself that day changed my 1pm appt. to 4. I feel that she rushed the job because it was so late, she did not do a thorough job. She also did not double check her co-workers work. The windows were clean, but the tracks were dirty. She forgot the microwave all together. Most baseboards were not cleaned. Not sure the floor was mopped because I was walking around barefoot and when I went to put my shoes on to leave, my feet were really dirty. I did call her about this. She did not offer to come back. This house was vacant, she could have come back the next day. Mind you, I didn t directly ask her to come, but she should have offered to make it right. I do not like giving a bad review, I hope this is a learning lesson for Suly.

I do not like to say anything either but when someone is saying that the house is clean and. Or too much work and they do not want to pay much because the house supposed to be clean that happen we were in a rush cuz the house was very dusty and kitchen very greasy House was big I trie always my best! Sorry for not charge you by the hr

Suly and her husband were amazing! She carefully attended to all the items I had concern with in the house and even went above and beyond and cleaned things I did not realize needed cleaning. I hired her for full time housekeeping! I highly recommend!

They were able to do whatever I needed. Would hire them again. The only reason for not giving them a 5 was, I thought , they should do a quick review of the work before they left. Just a couple of little things I think they would touched up on.
