The project was very, very good. They finished early and cleaned up after them.

Sullivan roofing was tremendous. From the initial consultation to the end of the job, they consistently showed up exactly when they said they would and worked extremely long hours to get this project done during four of the most brutal days of the summer heat. They were meticulous and the workmanship And their cleanup of the property and care they took of everything around them. Were they hard-working? They were extremely polite and well organized. It was a pleasure doing business with them. The quality of their work was excellent. All issues with the roof, which was quite complicated because it involved not only an asphalt shingle redo, but also a full flat roof redo with a glue down rubber membrane and string Board installation system. They also redid all of the copper work around the existing chimney and sealed the brick to ensure against any future leaking. Any additional items that came up during the installation were clearly delineated and dealt with fairly with no significant cost overruns. I would highly recommend them and to anyone who wants an experience roofing company that is diligent and caring of their customers needs .
