"I initially used this company to replacement a roof on my 2400 sq ft house and jack up/pour new footings for a large 3 season porch. The owner Horaccio was amazing. Fair pricing and excellent work. I was so impressed I later had his crew return to install replacement windows on my first floor and do vinyl siding throughout the exterior. During that process we determined one of my chimneys was failing and he was able to complete the demolition of it. He always communicated what days he would be working and listened to any of my concerns. By far one of the most reliable and trustworthy people I had ever hired. Highly recommend!"

All issues with the roof, which was quite complicated because it involved not only an asphalt shingle redo, but also a full flat roof redo with a glue down rubber membrane and string Board installation system. They also redid all of the copper work around the existing chimney and sealed the brick to ensure against any future leaking. Any additional items that came up during the installation were clearly delineated and dealt with fairly with no significant cost overruns. "Hi. I am a baby boomer so I wanted to direct this towards others my age. I want to outline how wonderful my experience was with Usin from Custom Build and Remodeling llc. He was prompt and professional. Our first conversation was Sunday evening and he and four other employees were ripping out my bathroom completely on Wednesday morning. They showed up at 8:00 sharp every morning and worked till 4:00 each day. We had some extra issues in the 65-year-old house that Usin handled professionally with complete communication. They cleaned up thoroughly after each day and there was not one time within this entire project that I felt insecure. That’s a huge bonus! I am thrilled with the way the bathroom came out. A leaking vent pipe and wiring concerns led to problems above the bathroom in the attic. I was completely aware that my roof was shot so we agreed it should be done now. Roof, gutters and a house paint all done within the same timeframe. Highly recommend!! Serious professionals!!"

"My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."

"Contracted with A1 Pro for chimney/roof repairs to stop water from leaking into the attic based on how Phil explained the work and a fair price. They did the repairs within a week of signing the contract. The next time it rained a small mount of water still leaked into the attic and when I contacted Phil from A1 Pro, he said would take a look and came within two days. He determined possible cause of leak and scheduled the additional repairs very quickly at no additional costs. Phil called after last rain to be sure work prevented water from entering attic, nice touch. Based on the responsiveness, communication and how A1 Pro worked to make everything right, I would definitely recommend A1 and keep them in mind for future work."
