He is a real pro. Knowns what he is doing and does it very well. Honest, friendly, hard worker. The shower he repaired looks like new after the repairs were completed. One of the few craftsmen I have hired who I really respect their work. And he is a craftsman!

Our old shower floor was on life-support: disintegrating grout, water underneath tiles, mold around perimeter. We had to tape sections of the floor to hold it together and keep leakage to a minimum. Then Jack came, removed the old tile, installed waterproofing underneath, re-pitched the floor so that water flows directly into the drain and installed new tile with a superior grout . Jack worked steadily for almost a week, and did an excellent job of protecting non-work areas and cleaning up after each day. It is just beautiful now! You should see the difference in before and after photos. He is a real craftsman and obviously cares about delivering a job that meets your expectations.

We had several cracked granite floor tiles which needed to be replaced. Jack did an excellent job replacing them. He was very professional, very clean and reasonably priced. We will definitely call him again if we ever need any more tile work done on our home.

Jack did a great job was very thorough and took pride in his job. Moved big appliance back to the original place at no extra fee without me asking for this service. Wish I would have contacted him before we removed all the grout trying to save money in labor and cut the cost down because Jack said he could have still repaired and changed color of the grout without removing it all. So lesson learned call a professional first just to see what they say

Hiring Jack was one best things I have done. He was very professional and his work was fabulous. He definitely knows what he is doing. I plan on having him redo my master shower next winter 2020. Super job Jack!!
