Straitway Tile Installation

We hired Jack to do the tile work for our remodeled bathroom shower. I have nothing but positive things to say about his work. He and his assistant arrived when he said he would and left my house very clean every day. He provided some recommendations to our initial plan and we were very happy with the end result. I would hire Jack again for future projects.

I hired this individual to for a shower remodel. At the time my original corneal shower was still in and Mr. Harmon helped assisted me in a design that worked best for our situation. The tile work is phenomenal and after one year I still absolutely love walking into our shower.

My wife and I have had Jack install porcelain tile floors in two rooms in our house. He and his assistant, Russell, did an excellent job on both projects. They always arrive on time and keep you apprised of the status of their work. They also thoroughly clean up any mess they have made at the end of the project. Jack is very skilled at his trade and I highly recommend him for tile repair and installation projects.

Jack was very professional, on time and clean. He accessed the problem, quoted us and came back within a few days and did the repairs. After the work he has checked back to make sure all was still good. We are very happy with the work and this company, highly recommend!

Jack & his Assistant Russel did an exceptional job remodeling our main bathroom. We had them tear out our tub & install shower. The tile job is fantastic!!! So many compliments already. They were timely, always arrived when they said they would be here & we felt we could really count on them to do everything properly. Jack estimated two weeks and they finished ahead of time. We were actually sad to see them go. Very kind & personable. Trustworthy too!!! Also kept areas clean & covered pathways. We cannot say enough to praise their great work!!! We are more than satisfied 

I asked for several estimates for some tile repair work. Jack was the first to respond and his price was the most reasonable of the three. He did excellent work, was on time, And worked very clean. I'd recommend Straitway Tile to anyone that wants to be reintroduced to excellent customer service!
