Stover's Pool and Spa Service

Total cost to replace pressure switch and tighten a connection was about $230. They don't seem to have a handle on their schedule. We scheduled the repoair and when my wife called the afternoon of the day he was to come out, he said he thought it was the next day. He did come out but made my wife feel like we were a bother. Told us we needed to replace the circuit breaker and charged ne $115. After fixing the circuit breaker, we called again. His nephew came out....great customer service but the additional cost was about $140.

Use John for all my spa repairs.

Although the work was completed professionally and in a timely manner, we were unhappy with the way the work was quoted. We were quoted a price that was NOT what we paid. We had to pay a higher amount than was quoted to us. We would have liked to have been informed that the price would be different than the quote BEFORE the work was done. But other than that, the work was well done. I would just suggest they ensure the customer is notified when the price has to change.
