Roger at Sterling Pest Service deserves every bit of a five-star review. He showed up right on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly assess the situation. What really stood out was how meticulous he was - he didn’t just address the obvious entry points but went above and beyond to seal every nook and cranny to ensure bats can’t get back into our cabin. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right the first time. If you’re dealing with bats (or just want peace of mind), Roger is absolutely the person to call. Highly recommend.

Saw a lot of yellow jackets swarming and entering a small crevice in the eves at my cabin in Marblemount. Contacted Roger through angi on Saturday and he quoted me a great price, especially considering he was having to drive from Mount Vernon, and said he could get out there on Monday. He showed up when he said, explained more thoroughly the problem I had, and how he was going to handle it, reiterated his quote, and he went to work. When he was done he explained the things I could do to help minimize the chance of a reoccurance in the future, and he warrantied his work for thirty days. Haven't seen any more yellow jackets since then. Would highly recommend using his services.
