They removed the old stovepipe, cleaned the chimney, installed the new stovepipe, installed the new fireplace insert and connected it to the stovepipe. All this work was completed in right around 4 hours. The service people kept me informed all along the way on how the project was going and walked me through on how to operate the insert. In total, the installation project was a FANTASTIC experience. As long as they are in business, this will be my go to when it comes to servicing my wood stove and chimney."
