Although I like them I did not like the work. The work was incomplete. I hired someone else to finish.

Paul showed up on time and worked quickly . I will recommend him to my neighbors in my condo building.

He came to me in a quick manor, he did a great job!

Paul was professional and courteous on the phone. He showed up at my house on schedule. They completed my repair very thoroughly, and to my satisfaction. I thought he charged a fair prices for the job, based on market house call rates. I will definitely use Paul and his team again for additional services and repairs!

From the start, we have been very pleased with the timeliness, professionalism, and quality of work from Paul and his team. We needed to have our front steps built in wood, as it would have been too costly to rebuild them in concrete. I was needing the work done pretty quickly as we had the old concrete steps removed and w/o access to our front door for some time. Paul called me back the next business day, and was able to come out to give an estimate that week. (Other contractors were not even returning my calls, and I even had one person come out and promise me an estimate who never followed up with me, after me reaching out multiple times.) I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted the stairs to look like, and he was able to show me a previous job that was exactly what I wanted. He was also able to give me a ballpark right away, which I appreciated. Paul provided 2 different estimates as I requested, with and without railings, and both were very reasonable. We ended up going with the railings and are so satisfied with how it all looks- we have gotten many compliments on our new stairs and will definitely hire again for other needed work in the future. Another thing I wanted to mention is that Paul is so responsive!! I was very happy with the check-ins and quick responses to my emails. He and Sam were also working very hard to ensure they job was done quickly, and even stayed late into the evening. Bottom line--great quality work, great customer service, and has a very satisfied customer who would hire again! Wish I could upload a picture, we are so happy with how it all looks!

Sterling did a great job installing a cabinet in one bathroom, replacing mirrors in two bathrooms, installing additional shelving in my garage, installing drapery rods in three rooms (I may need their help again once I am ready to hang the drapes). Both men were courteous, clean, and thought through and mapped the task before installing. They listened well and quietly carried through. They represented a good clean business very well. I would hire again and recommend them for large range of projects. I believe they will be honest with you about their expertise and they are definitely competitively priced.

I had several jobs that needed to be completed, from installing new storm doors to re-fitting existing doors, to replacing trim on my garage doors. I did a search and happened upon Sterling Building and Restoration which happened to be just a block away oddly enough. I can't say enough about Paul and his co-worker that completed the job. They do great work on-time, at a fair price. They exceeded all expectations, even with obstacles that came up in the process. They are proffessional, considerate and a real pleasure to work with. It's clear they take pride in their work and take pride in the quality of their work. I will definitely hire them again and would strongly recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation.
