Do yourself a favor and go with a more expensive/reputable company. Stanek is a joke. Probably all of the 5 star reviews are employees. Had all our windows in our house replaced with new ones from stanek. Window quality is subpar if that. They installed a broke window and said they would replace in 2 months or less. Here we are 6 months later and crickets. No follow up just the same answer every time I call them ?still waiting for the manufacturer to ship it.? You would think they would keep an open line of communication with a customer that paid, nope, nothing from them. Heed my advice and use a different company

Great customer service at the beginning of the project, but after the initial job was "done," they became hard to get a hold of. My window measurement was done incorrectly and they had to replace all the windows again (however, they did a good job on the second time). Rescheduling was difficult and one time the service people just didn't show up. It was only after calling 45 minutes after they were supposed to be here that they said they were "just going to call me about that." My windows themselves are great, but the hassle and time it's taken was not worth it in my opinion (5 months later and my windows are still not completely installed/fixed). Save your time and look elsewhere.

Very professional Salesman that honored every word! We had all of the windows on the 2nd floor of our home replaced. Quality of windows is superior to any other windows weâ ve ever had. Installation was earlier than what was originally estimated! Just fabulous! Installers were efficient and not obtrusive in any way. Very tidy as well!! Very little to go back and spot clean. Thank you, Stanek!!

Installers were phenomenal. Installed exterior doors perfectly! Great company to work with.

Communication from the initial purchase to the completion of the project was excellentâ ¦ this included communication from our salesman and from the office staff.! The installers did an excellent job - they were meticulous in each aspect of the installation from removing the old door to installing the new one. They maintained a very neat work environment and were courteous and very professional! And we are very pleased with the quality and appearance of our new door! We would recommend Stanek without hesitation!

Excellent overall! The installer of our 2 replacement windows did an excellent job, explained all he was doing, and took extra time to thoroughly clean up once he was done.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of the windows and how knowledgeable our salesman Joe was. I previously had such drafty old windows, my only regret is that I didn't do this sooner!
