Stand Strong Fencing was excellent! I got three estimates and SSF was by far the BEST. From the initial meeting to the completion of the project they were professional, efficient and true to their word! This was just small repair job but I was felt treated as if it was a full fence. That MATTERS! I will not only recommend Stand Strong but will be contacting them when it’s time to replace the entire fence. Thank you!

TLDR: Hire them. Best price, best work, best follow ups, best fixes, best customer service. Research phase: we looked for someone to install a privacy fence around our back yard. We got 3 quotes and SS Tampa came in considerably lower than other 2. Ben was responsive, informative, and gracious with his time and attention to detail. We chose SS of Tampa. Execution phase: 50% deposit to get job approved and in planning was simple enough but the speed at which we got into a schedule was pleasantly shocking. From payment to job start was less than 2 weeks. Steve, the PROJO, was informative polite and meticulous with the job being performed. The crew installing our horizontal wood fence (230 ft) was polite, cleaned up very well, and worked hard that job lasted 1.25 days. Post job: with any work, no job will be perfect as we are all humans and have human error built in. Steve and Ben were open and receptive to each item we had questions about with final look gaps and hardware. Steve was out multiple times to address any concerns and do fixes himself. Communication and quality of work, before during and after payment, has been second to none. In an age where hiring people usually means over paying accepting subpar work and ghosted communications after payment, Ben Steve and their team at Stand Strong are phenomenal in all facets of business. Highly recommend them for any fencing needs as you will not be price gouged, ghosted, or gaslit on your concerns.

We met thrm at the homeshow recently and everything seemed great. We made an appointment for them to come out within a week. There seemed to be a lot of promise initially. We walked the property and I made specific requests for our project. I was never provided with the product information I requested and the quote had several specific design elements completely omitted. I sent multiple texts and emails requesting corrections/updates as well as requested additional information for other product options and was never provided that information. We ultimately moved on to a different company due to lack of follow-up and lack of attention to detail. Really disappointing.
